• To move an email to the Junk folder, open it, tap the arrow point to the left, then tap Move to Junk. 

• To block a sender, tap their email address, then select Block this Contact. 

• To Unsubscribe

  • Open an email from the sender you want to unsubscribe from.

  • At the bottom of the message, tap Unsubscribe or Change preferences. If you don't see these options, follow the steps above to block the sender or mark the message as spam.

Steps to Create a Folder:

Open: the Mail app on your iPhone. 

Navigate: to your Mailboxes list by tapping the back arrow (<<) in the upper-left corner of the screen. 

Tap: "Edit" in the upper-right corner of the Mailboxes list. 

Tap: "New Mailbox" at the bottom of the screen. 

Enter: a name for your new folder. 

Select: "Mailbox Location" to choose the email account or parent folder for your new folder. 

Tap: "Save" to create the folder. 

Tap: "Done" to exit the edit screen. 

How to Move an Email to a Folder:

Option 1 (Long Press): From the inbox, long-press on an email, select "Move," and then choose your new folder from the list that appears. 

Option 2 (From within an Email): While viewing an email, tap the folder icon at the top of the screen and select your new folder from the list.
